Artist's Comments

This was a project that I had to create for my Design 1 class. The idea was to create a pattern using shapes that you ahd taken from a certain artist's work (mine was Degas) and then to disrupt. We could use any materials we wanted so I used acrylics, paper, marker, coffee, india ink, and matte medium. It took about a week to do and I'm pretty happy with it.

if love is the answer, can you rephrase the question?

"Oh god....your trying to seduce me..."
"Yes I am."

Thank you! I actually had a lot of trouble coming up with how to do it but it all came together at the last minute.

Ali this is insanely awesome. :D I think it would for a great wallpaper border in a cafe or something. Looks like it would fit well.

"Wheres the coffee!? I need it to jump start my brain!"

"Gimme your pocket lint!"

love is an unavoidable heartbreaker

I would say that is throughly disrupted. And very cool.

what we call the beginning is often the end.
and to make an end is to make a beginning.
